Our Home Base is in Harewood Christchurch.

We currently service Christchurch and surrounding areas from South Canterbury right through to North Canterbury. We can travel further depending on availability.

• Soft Play is specifically for ages 0-5 years

• Our Plain Bounce Houses & Ball Pit Bounce House are also for ages 0-5 years.
• Our Combo Castles with slides are for ages 2-10 years.

All our equipment is hired for up to 4 hours. This is exclusive and does not include set up or pack down.

Being parents ourselves we understand how important keeping all our equipment clean and sanitised is. (We also have a child who has sensitive skin so made sure to only get the best of the best)

We use Hospital Grade cleaning and sanitisation products from ECOLAB.

All our Equipment is cleaned and sanitised whilst not in use, prior to it going out, sanitised before hire period commences and then thoroughly scrubbed down, cleaned and sanitised again before being stored away.

• Ages 0-5 ONLY on Soft Play and Bounce Houses
• Ages 2 - 10 on Bounce House Combos
•  There is to be no playing on any Equipment while it is being set up or packed down.
• NO SHOES - This includes adults too, especially any wearing heels.
•  NO FOOD OR DRINK on or near any of the Equipment... Yes this includes items such as Lollies, gum and breath mints too.
• NO SHARP OBJECTS WHATSOEVER, this includes but is not limited to items such as Party Favours, Utensils and Toys.
• NO FACE PAINT OR SLIME - This will stain our Equipment and you will be liable for full cost of Repair/Replacement.
• NO ART UTENSILS, PAINT, PENS, PENCILS OR GLITTER.
• NO WATER PLAY.

This is a BIG one for us!

We are FULLY insured and hold the Christchurch City Council required Public Liability cover in place for not only LBI's but all our equipment. We are more than happy to provide a copy upon request along with our T&C's and Health and Safety policy.

Yes we can, as long as the weather and wind permits to do so safely. Any forecast rain or high winds for the day means we cannot set up outdoors regardless of whether your event falls during the expected period or not, this is why we recommend having an indoor venue just incase to avoid disappointment - Remember to check if your Venue allows for Bouncy Castles both indoors and outdoors.

Soft Play

• Soft Play can only be set up outdoors if the ground is flat and dry. We will NOT set up on uneven or wet surfaces.
• We also recommend no mowing of grass unless it is the week prior due to the possibility of grass clippings ending up all over the equipment, this also applies to Bounce Houses too.

Bounce Houses

• We will ONLY set up and inflate Bounce Houses on dry, flat and even grass as we need to be able to stake these into the ground. We use 8-350mm steel stakes per Bounce House at each sides corner to insure they are held down for the duration of your hire.
• We will not set up if any rain and/or high winds exceeding 20km ph are forecast for the day.
• You the hirer are responsible for pointing out any infrastructure such as plumbing/pipes which lay beneath the grass that could be damaged from staking Bounce Houses in place.

Soft Play

• Our Soft Play is easy to set up indoors and is actually more preferred to avoid any weather damage
• If you are having Soft Play indoors at home, please make sure any furniture or items are cleared out of the way before we arrive.

Bounce Houses

• If you are planning to have a Bounce House inside the first thing you need to do is make sure you have permission to set up indoors.
• The next step is to check the space will be able to fit the Bounce House. All of the measurements can be found on each product page. Please make sure you allow for the correct clearance also.
• Each sides corner will be anchored down with 25kg sandbags to insure the Bounce House stays in place and does not tip over!
